However, Kanson Electronics does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by Kanson Electronics itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

Published prices and discounts are subject to change without notice. All federal, state, and local taxes applicable must be added to published prices.

All items purchased from Kanson Electronics are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

Kanson Electronics, Inc. (ISSC) warrants such equipment will be merchantable quality free from defects in material, workmanship, and design each as determined, at the date of shipment by ISSC, by generally recognized, applicable, and accepted practices and procedures in the industry. ISSC will not be liable for any design furnished by the Buyer and incorporated into the equipment. ISSC shall not be liable or responsible for any loss or injury, or damage resulting directly or indirectly from the use of the equipment furnished. Satisfaction of this warranty will be limited to the replacement, or repair, or modification, or issuance of a credit for, the equipment involved at the option of ISSC with all work performed at the ISSC factory in Hohenwald, Tennessee. Shipment of any replacement or repaired or modified equipment will be made F.O.B. shipping point.

KANSON ELECTRONICS, INC. MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTY OF ANY KIND WHATEVER, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED; AND ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE WHICH EXCEED THE AFORESTATED OBLIGATION ARE HEREBY DISCLAIMED BY KANSON ELECTRONICS, INC. AND EXCLUDED FROM THIS AGREEMENT.

Kanson Electronics, Inc. shall not, under any circumstances, be liable for consequential damages.

We hereby certify that goods were produced in compliance with all applicable requirements of Section 6,7, and 12 of the Fair Labor Standards Act, as amended, and of regulations and order of the United States Department of Labor issued under Section 14 thereof; and agree to comply with the nondiscrimination provisions of section 301 Executive Order 10925 issued by the President of the United States March 6, 1961 and (1) to the Rules and Regulations issued thereunder (2) agree not to discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of Race, Creed, Color, or National Orgin.
